An exit permi official certificate or document granting authorization for a person to leave country. According to new labour law no more exit permit required to leave Qatar.  However worker who finished their contracts will need a permission from the Ministry of Interior to leave Qatar.

How much money do you need to get an Exit permit?

As per the Ministry of Interior  website QR10 will be charged for each exit permit to those who are on personnel and organization sponsorship.

What if you resign before finishing contract?

If you want to resign before finishing your contract, you need to give the clarification about your resignation to the MoI. After an approval you can leave the country.

How can you apply exit permit and leave Qatar?

If you want to leave country the country either for temporarily or permanently you need an exit permit. To apply an exit permit you need to submit an application to your sponsor as per your term of contracts. If you employer rejects your request then you can apply directly to the exit permit Grievances Committee.

How can i submit an exit permit myself ?

You can submit an application through E-Government service program or in person at government service complex. You also can submit an exit permit at the police station throughout country and you will receive an approval within 72 hours.
