United Arab Emirates increases tenant price by 5%

This time bad news can happen for Nepali workers in Dubai because Abu Dhabi government will soon begin increasing fees on expatriates renting home in UAE.

This step will be taken to maintain state revenues that fell due to low crude prices.
The largest member of the UAE hiked water and electricity changes in last January and since that day it is became really difficult for expat workers.

Qatar has also seen huge budget deficits due to falling oil prices, even though government taking several austerity measures to maintain things normal.

It is highly possible that Qatar will follow UAE footstep to increase tenant prices.

What do you think Qatar will do the same? Don’t forget to comment below .
