United Arab Emirates increases tenant price by 5%
This time bad news can happen for Nepali workers in Dubai
because Abu Dhabi government will soon begin increasing fees on expatriates
renting home in UAE.
This step will be taken to maintain state revenues that
fell due to low crude prices.
The largest member of the UAE hiked water and electricity
changes in last January and since that day it is became really difficult for
expat workers.
Qatar has also seen huge budget deficits due to falling oil
prices, even though government taking several austerity measures to maintain
things normal.
It is highly possible that Qatar will follow UAE footstep to
increase tenant prices.
