These days’ maximum
number of people from Nepal are going to Qatar in Ajad or (Free visa). Most people don’t even know what is Ajad Visa and how it works for them. When
they reach Qatar, their visa sponsor will hand them NOC and leave them free
to search their own job. Nowadays getting job in Qatar is really tough task,
people usually get job if they have good working background with more than 4-5

your visa sponsor will give you in cheap price, it will cost around QR2500. For
Official or Driver, your visa will not cost more than QR5000. One of my friend
issued his Ajad visa in QR3500.

Ajad visa?
The
benefit of Ajad visa is that your sponsor will give you a NOC
(Non-Objection-Certificate) immediately after reaching Qatar that you don’t
need to work under his sponsorship. Having Ajad visa is good for to those who
are fluent English and have knowledge of working in Middle East, the experience
will help you to find job quickly at any company and organization. The valid of
Ajad visa will only last up to 3 months; if you couldn’t find the
job within three months then you will have to return Nepal.
How long does an Ajad
visa take time to arrive?
It is totally depends on
sponsor in Qatar whom you applied, usually it takes 3-4 days to get approval
from government of Qatar. Once it is approved, your visa is almost ready.
What is
the hidden cost of an Ajad visa?
Well, QR3500 (almost 1
lakh rupees) is not enough for you to reach Qatar in Ajad visa, these are the
following things you need to do in Nepal to get in Qatar.
1. Buy airplane ticket, price depends on airlines company you want to
go. Normally it cost Rs.35000 if you choose cheap airlines like Air Arabia, Fly
Dubai or Gulf Air etc.
2. Labor permit approval (श्रम स्विकृती). If you have never been
in Qatar before or If you do not have Old travelling document of Qatar, then
you need to take a help of manpower agents, they will take Rs.10k-15k from per individual. But if you have worked
before in Qatar or have old expired visa copy on your old passport, then it is easier
for you to get labor permit approval. Go to Ministry of labor and foreign employment
office and show your valid visa copy with MRP and Old
passport.
People with Ajad visa can do any work or business in Qatar?
It is depending on your
visa type, if your visa is issued as a labor then you will only allowed to
do similar labor work. If your visa is issued professional like; Manager,
Supervisor or Engineer then you can work do any work in Qatar. For business propose
you need to apply for business visa separately.
